Conflict with theme Custom

    WordPress version:4.01
    WP eCommerce version: 3.9
    Theme: Customizer 3.2.8

    I did this: Upgrade Wprdpress to newest version 4.01 and WP E-Commerce stop working propertly.
    Turn on and off all plugins and WP E-commerce still don’t work propertly (show data about product but in txt mode without navigation from theme and CSS)
    I change Theme and WP E-Commece start working propertly.

    Where is a problem with this theme and wp e-commerce?
