Conflict with theme request

Strange one…
Im using SeaTheme (https://themeforest.net/item/sea-responsive-creative-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/22436483?_ga=2.216190613.20813325.1566295574-1324715133.1565172929) along with FileBird…my problem is on the homepage of our site, the way the titles link to an actual page is by inserting a URL into the Custom URL field of the image within the media library.
Ive tried this, but the theme does not pick up the URL, and the theme developers think it could be this plugin causing the conflict. How can i check?
The theme take the image title copy as the wording on the homepage, and the custom URL field as the URL link when you click on it, but currently its just opening the image.
