Something in the newest release is causing an issue with the Thrive editing interface. Basically, when I have the AI plugin enabled, I am unable to edit pages properly because some of the editing icons are missing. As soon as I disable the AI plugin, the editor begins to work as normal.

This is a big problem for me. I’ll be glad to show you the issue in hopes of resolving it. As it stands, I can’t use the AI plugin with the issue that it seems to cause in Thrive editor.

The previous versions didn’t seem to have any impact on the editor. Did you make any changes that could affect that?

    Hi @ryanmalham,

That’s very strange indeed, but I am sure we can fix it 🙂 Do you see any error in the Console of the Chrome Developer Tools, for example?

The editor is on the admin side? Or is it a live-editor?

I don’t have Thrive Editor, so I can’t test it; but let’s find this issue.

Ok. I installed 0.3.3 and the issue with Thrive seems to be resolved. Do you have any suspected causes that you might have fixed between the last few versions? I’d like to feel confident that it won’t happen again.

Yeah, I think it might have been linked to some of the options which change over time, and the chatbot client was not checking all the input that carefully. I just made everything much more robust, so I am not surprised it fixes that issue, and probably many others 🙂
