    Hi @liesbetselleslags

I have looked on the website you mentioned and there is Thrive Comments running, which is not working with ASB, because it replaces the complete comment form with its own.

But it looks like you already have a spam filter. In the FAQ it says so:

Yes, Thrive Comments includes a spam filter

    Does this resolve your issue?

    Hi Torsten,

Ik have Thrive Comments running on my website but that’s not the issue.

The issue is that I can’t work on my Woocommerce product template because of the ASB. When I turn off the plugin, it works fine but not with the ASB 🙁

Thrive support gave me this error: https://share.getcloudapp.com/YEupeQe5

The Woocommerce template runs in my dashboard so it’s not visible on my site for the moment because I can’t make any modifications on that page for this moment.

    Hi @liesbetselleslags

unfortunately this is not solvable for me. I can’t test it, because I don’t have Thrive plugins on my own.

And the screenshot just shows a JS error without any connection to ASB. I don’t even know where this error is from.

When I turn off the plugin, it works fine but not with the ASB

As ASB is not working at all on your page, because you are using Thrive Comments you can disable it and everything runs again. Or not?

    Hi Torsten,

When I disable the ASB plugin I can change the woocommerce product template.

I have only problems on that template so this is really strange. But I fond a work around for now….

    Hi @liesbetselleslags

maybe our RegEx which tries to modify the comment form to add the honeypot is breaking some markup in the template. Difficult to say without the chance to see the code.

But if you have found a workaround that’s great!

    All the best,
    Torsten
