Conflict with updates

Hello,

I’ve been using Firebird with Avada for a long time now and I love it.

Unfortunately, for some time now, when Firebird is active, I don’t see updates for other plugins. The problem only appears on my production site, not on the staging site.
Both servers are on PHP 8.0

I don’t know what to do, except disable Filebird to be able to make updates…

I didn’t bought Filebird pro directly, it’s provided with Avada. I can’t contact your support with an Envato verification code.
So I’ve reported the issue on the Avada website too.

Feel free to use any of the other free support options.

But perhaps, in this case, I would suggest that you reach the Avada theme support for help, possibly their version is missing an update or something.

Hi @nophpskills,

Did you encounter any other problems with Avada and FileBird? Because in our case FileBird says its license is not active anymore and we’re not able to activate it.

You were unable to activate the license key for FileBird because you received our plugin bundled with the Avavda theme. The license key is only valid for those who directly purchase our plugin.
