Conflict with WP Optimize

Wit the aczual Version of WP Optomize (4.2.1) the Plug in has a conflict. I am not sure why but as soon both are actve the Website is not 100% Correct. No Ads and Videos (Humix) ar shown on the page then anymore. WIth Version 4.1.1 of the WP Optimize Plug In all worls well. Please check this together.
