Conflict with YITH Plugin

Very sorry to hear you have been experiencing issues. Unfortunately, YITH Easy Order Page For WooCommerce is a third-party premium plugin.

Per WordPress forum rules, we’re unable to help you with premium plugins here, including those of our own.

Sadly, given the fact this is a premium plugin to which we don’t have access to, there is also no way for us to replicate this and none of our users has approached us with a similar problem. This is also one of those issues that cannot be troubleshooted through screenshots or by inspecting your website on the frontend. And BTW, the website URL you linked cannot be reached.

Since the OceanWP theme is 100% free, and since the respected YITH team has already been on the problem and have been troubleshooting your website meaning they already have access to all the necessary tools and an environment to replicate the problem which gives them all advantage over us, they are highly welcome to submit a Pull Request through our GitHub page https://github.com/oceanwp/oceanwp
