Conflicts and break main navigation

This is a great plugin – thank you very much for the work and support the developer(s) put into it.
Unfortunately there is one error that I haven’t been able to resolve with it. One of my sites is using dsIDXpress (Link) and when Intuitive Custom Post Order is activated, my main site navigation disappears and is replaced with an error message (“Warning: cannot send header information since header has already been sent by […]/header.php”) along with the title of the dsIDXpress page.
From the searching and debugging I have tried, this error sounds exactly like this bug from 2 years ago. That bug was marked as resolved but it seems to have cropped up again.
Again, thank you for the work you have put into this. Please let me know if there is a way to fix this problem as it renders the plugin unusable on my site.
