In the meantime, please perform a basic troubleshooting checkup method and make sure the issue is related to our theme or plugin(s). To do this, deactivate all other plugins, then activate them one by one and check for this issue. Continue doing this until you find out what product is causing a conflict with our product. Then provide the details as explained above.

- the single-event-page viewed with Ocean_WP
- the single-event-page as Zakra view.
- when opening the customizer, the icon rotates endlessly (with ocean_wp)
- with Zakra it is no problem to open the customizer.
- here you see the by Ocean_WP ignored events-calendar settings in the customizer.

I tried to reproduce the issue on my end but couldn’t find any problems and everything worked fine in all test scenarios: https://ibb.co/20Dhzs4N.
Please send a live URL where the issue can be seen on your site.
In the meantime, kindly perform the following steps and let me know the result:
1. Enable the primary theme(if you are using a child theme).
2. Head over to WP Dashboard > Plugins.
3. Deactivate all plugins.
4. Then, first, activate Ocean Extra plugin.
5. Check your issue.
6. Then, activate your plugins one by one
7. After activation of any plugins, check your issue
Note: If you have any cache plugin or server cache(CDN / Browser Cache and Cookies and …), you need to clear its cache contents or disable them to see your changes. Also, remember to click on the regenerate all assets file and data in Elementor > Tools(if you have Elementor).
