Hello

I am using your plugin on my site but for some reason the option “weight based” is not appearing on the checkout page. See https://snipboard.io/XFelO6.jpg

Can you advise how to solve this issue ?

Thanks a lot. However I did not manage to find the solution.

To help you investigate see below the details you are asking:

1. Woocommerce weightbased shipping( version 5.3.22), Woocommerce (version 6.6.1), WordPress 6.0, PHP version 7.4
2. Shipping zone and options (https://snipboard.io/GtxS56.jpg), And checkout page (https://snipboard.io/dWZtFi.jpg). As you can see we only see the “local pick up” option and not the “weight based”.
3. Order is to be shipped in Switzerland (only shipping zone in woocommerce on my site), Also some details of the product: https://snipboard.io/sKFRnN.jpg & https://snipboard.io/aA0PQH.jpg
4. Shipping options must be both “local pick up” and “weight based option”
5. Only local pick up

I see that you have a WBS shipping method in the Switzerland shipping zone. Could you also take a screenshot of shipping rules inside this WBS method?

All shipping rules are set in a way that Order Subtotal is the same as Order Weight. It usually doesn’t make much sense to set up the rules like so. If you are not sure what is Order Subtotal for just leave it blank.

The last rule is set with the limit of 1 CHF max. Leave the Limit Total Cost fields empty if you don’t need that.

Also, rules 2 and 3 have a gap in between. E.g. a 10.5 order would not match any of them. Consider changing the third rule’s Order Weight to ‘above 10 or equal, below 20’. The same is true for rules 3-4 and 5-6.
