conflicts with CiviCRM plugin

I love the custom sidebars but this plugin conflicts with CiviCRM. When we run a membership and contribution report in Civi, and need to check the “membership type” dropdown choice (contains/doesn’t contain), and enter the type in a field next to it. Unfortunately, the field to enter in a specific type has disappeared. A few of the other entry fields have disappeared as well. Any suggestions?

I know it’s this plugin because once I deactivate it, I can run the report as normal. I would rather not deactivate this plugin as one of our side bars leads users to sign up for events.
