This feature is not implemented in Real Media Library, nor in Real Physical Media. But I am pretty sure that you can use the mentioned plugin “WordPress Media Library Helper” along with our plugins without any issue.

Also, does WordPress Real Physical Media support Chinese?

If your MySQL database works with Chinese symbols, I do not see any issue. Real Cookie Banner is also fully translated into Chinese.

No. Unfortunately, WEBP mages cannot be generated with standard PHP installations of most web hosters. Therefore, we cannot offer a feature like that.

But you can use plugins like Shorpixel to generate your WEBP images in their cloud services. It is fully compatible with Real Media Library and Real Physical Media.

No, I didn’t test “WordPress Media Library Helper” in general and not for your specific case that I don’t know. But based on its product description and functionality, it can be assumed that it works.
