Conflicts with Wistia

When featured videos is enabled. Wistia oEmbed links do not fetch the video.
Right now to use Wistia oEmbeds i have to disable featured videos, paste the links in and then re-enable the plugin. Which is not a problem, but every 2 months or so the transients data expires so i need to redo the process.
Any tips/tricks to make featured videos and Wistia to get along?
