Since installed Age Gate, the default backend class editor missed most of the text abilities.

Now i just have bold, italic, un-ordered & ordered lists and link options in classic editor and also in text editor in Visual composer.

If Age Gate is switched to disabled, everything just works fine.
BTW, the theme i use is Salient (Nectar)

    Can get any help?

    Hi @nunobarros,

Thanks for reporting this, I can see the issue on the main editor. I have visual composer somewhere so I’ll check that too. I think the filter I use for the editor on the Age Gate is actually being applied everywhere.

I’ll look into a fix and update you. Don’t think it’ll be a big task.

    Thanks

    Thanks Phil.

BTW, i notice that in Age Gate Appearance Settings, i couldn’t select any images, in the js console appears this error “Uncaught TypeError: $ is not a function”

I solve this problem adding “$=jQuery.noConflict();” in the beginning of the file admin/js/age-gate-admin.js

Maybe you can check this out in the next commit/update.

    Thanks once again

    Hi @nunobarros,

I’ve looked at the primary issue and that is sorted, if you can replace you current version with this one and let me know it’s working for you (I’ve tested it with VC and the standard editor and all seems good – if you have no issues I’ll do an official release.

For the jQuery issue, that’s odd – it’s ok on my sandbox, but it’s possible your theme replaces the version of jQuery. Regardless, I’ve replaced any uses of $ in favour of the full jQuery to see if that helps, so if you can see it’s that’s working too it’d be great.

    Thanks
    Phil

    Everything works!

Both Classic editor, Visual Composer text editor.
Jquery no error are reported and the image selection works great!

    Thank you!

Awesome, I’m just looking at another issue, but I think that’s a bigger one. But if I can roll them into one release I will. If not, an official update for this will coming this evening.

    Thanks
    Phil
