confusing info

I constantly get confusing info. I recently due to false hits from SEO site and button sites dumped my tables form our church website (that is only about 6 months old and I may have remedied the SEO junk)and checked the stats and had one page that was viewed yet the stats should the IP was from U.S, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico. I understand how IP’s hope but I find that pretty had to swallow and it makes it really had to figure who is actually looking at pages especially when some IP’s appear is the middle of a field. It would also be nice if you could print out some reports.
