Confusing versioning

The versioning for this plugin seems all over the place, and it’s making me nervous about upgrading.
The latest tag in SVN is 1.7.5 : https://plugins.svn.ww.wp.xz.cn/mailgun/tags/1.7.5/
However, the readme.txt in that tagged version has a readme.txt that reports the stable tag as 1.7.4 (https://plugins.svn.ww.wp.xz.cn/mailgun/tags/1.7.5/readme.txt), the plugin code is versioned as 1.7.4 (https://plugins.svn.ww.wp.xz.cn/mailgun/tags/1.7.5/mailgun.php) and the CHANGELOG reports the latest update as 1.7.3 (https://plugins.svn.ww.wp.xz.cn/mailgun/tags/1.7.5/CHANGELOG.md)
Please can you create a new release with consistency across readme.txt (required for ww.wp.xz.cn to pick up the correct version), mailgun.php (required for WordPress installs to know which version they’re running) and CHANGELOG (so users know what changes are actually in the release.
