Congratulations Modal – style error?

Not sure if this is the correct forum for this, but wanted to report a weird formatting issue with the Congratulatons modal. It looks like the modal title bar is not quite as wide as the actual message area. It ends up looking like this:

Any idea if this is a known issue or if it’s isolated to my setup?
