Just to make sure, you’re definitely wanting to get two sites connected at a time, correct? Not just troubleshoot one a different one isn’t connecting?
I’d like both connected at the same time. However if that is not possible, I can switch between them as needed. But right now, neither are working.
I want to say it’s intended for a 1:1 relationship, due to the application inside your Constant Contact dashboard needing to connect to a specific site, but I can double check on some details around that part of integrations to try and confirm.
It’ll end up being a bit of a hassle over time, but I know inside your Constant Contact Dashboard, you can disconnect an existing connection, which will help “reset” so to speak so you could try re-connecting one of the sites.
Hi again @brianhuntkfr
I am being told that it has been done with the 1:1 relationship intentionally as a 1:many would be considerably complex on our end, and it also follows patterns for all the rest of our integrations.
So there would need to be a dedicated account for each domain by all my understandings. We can definitely look into helping troubleshoot one of them that you choose for the moment, since you said both aren’t working right now.
Thanks for your responses. I will just jump back and forth as needed by disconnecting and connecting.
