    HI,

    I installed the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin, and it wasn’t fully clear in the documentation, but it does sound like you can connect your meta shops to WooCommerce with this plugin. We are looking to import orders made from Meta Shops to WooCommerce and manager orders within WooCommerce.

    Is this possible?

    Hi Jeff, thank you for reaching out!

    Meta has discontinued “Checkout on another website” support for US merchants, allowing only “Checkout on Facebook & Instagram”. So the plugin cannot be used to synchronize Facebook/Instagram Shops and orders with your site. You can find more information here.

    You can still use the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin to promote your product catalogs across Facebook platforms.

    Is “Checkout on Facebook & Instagram” the same thing as Meta Shops?

    It seems like you can do this with a Shopify site (orders placed on meta shops get imported in to shopify)

    Hi! Yes, we were referring to Meta (Instagram and Facebook) shops: https://www.facebook.com/business/shops.

    The plugin will help you synchronize orders with the Meta catalogs (for shops) and to work with dynamic ads but it does not sync order information back to WooCommerce.
