    Hello,

    I would create a registration table with 4 rows and 3 columns.

    I would create a registration button on all cells of the 3rd column and when a person presses the button (open a form where the person can enter their first and last name and where I receive a confirmation email ).

    Is it possible ? it’s been several days that I try, I can not.

    Hi,

    It might be possible but it would require quite a lot of custom coding, which unfortunately we’re not able to help with.
