Connect with Mailchimp

Hi Everyone:

I am using the User Meta Pro to create custom forms for register and profile in my wp. Now I want to connect the registration form with Mailchimp, to register the user in a Mailchimp list while registration, if they accept so, is there a way to do so with User Meta? Or I have to use functions.php?
