Hi there,

I’ve just installed JetPack on http://markessence.com more than 24 hours ago and all the stats are 0. The plugin is connected to WordPress.com but something is wrong I guess.

I did disabled all the plugins installed except JetPack and I have the same results.

What should I try to make it work?

I just visited your site, and my visits were properly recorded. I can also see that other visitors were recorded earlier today:

Have you managed to solve the issue by yourself?

It’s worth noting that Stats are not real-time. it can take up to a few hours for them to appear in your dashboard.

Yep. Few hours ago I’ve noticed that we did not include <?php wp_footer(); ?> in our theme. 🙂
