Connected Forms Not Working At All

Caldera Forms: 1.4.3.1, Connected Forms: 1.0.5, WP 4.6.1

First, I am disappointed that my 3-page form got so ridiculously slow that 3 different browsers timed out when the form was displayed (“Not Responding”).

So I purchased Connected Forms to break it into 4 forms thinking this would solve the problem. I don’t know if it did because, at first, it started to advance to the next form, but then that new form did not activate. Sliders were all gray, did not have the yellow dot, etc., and none of the other controls worked.

I was able to advance form to form (for awhile), even though required items on a form were not completed. And when I clicked “Back”, all the forms that I visited got Submitted and I got the thank-you message. Really?

Now it won’t advance past the first form, the Next button is active, but then after it is clicked, it goes gray.

I have disabled the caching plugin because earlier this year forms were not submitting because the site was cached. Disabling did nothing.

It’s a total mess now, and I am frustrated because I am under a time crunch and thought I could rely on this stuff to work. 🙁
