    Thanks for getting in touch. This sounds a bit odd, but we’re happy to help however we can. For this, can you make certain there isn’t a popup blocker or script blocker active in your browser that might be interfering? Trying another browser might be helpful here.

    If that doesn’t work, can you send an email to wordpress [at] mailchimp [dot] com with a link to your General Signup Form for one of your lists or your username (we wouldn’t need the password) so we can check on your account?

    In either case, including if you send us an email, let us know here. We’ll respond in this thread once we get to take a look!

    Hi Sally,

    Thanks for sending that email. There could be an issue with the plugin page not refreshing in your browser. Can you try to log out/in to wordpress? Also can you try clearing the cache and cookies in your browser, just to have a clean slate. Once that is done, go back to the MailChimp setup section in wordpress and see if it’s displaying as connected.
