due to big load we were facing some performance issues during the last 3 days. We have already proceed to the necessary improvements to prevent that in the future.
We are having same issue it’s taken over our wordpress anything I try and do the chat launches and is just circling connecting to server. I tried to go to woocommerce and edit a product and chat forces itself over the top. Its becoming a real issue to manage.
Yes I had to deactivate it
Thank you as I cannot do anything to our website.

Same is happening for a client of ours – had rendered the website almost unusable in its current state.

Nope mine is still the same (edit) refreshed page and seems to be working i believe its now connected to server

It was fine for an hour and started taking over again have had to de-activate
Yes i spoke too soon its doing it again. I deactivated it. Looks like i will have to try find another cant keep having this problem. Put Tidio chat on there at moment trying that one

Mine is still out of action. Looks like they dont care. Anyone found a similar better one
