    Unfortunately, I can’t see how you established the connection. Are you using a WordPress plugin for this? If so, I would recommend contacting its support if you have any questions.

    I am using the offering by ActivePieces and they have a WordPress plugin. Raised a thread there but no response till now.

    I can’t find any support forum for this, nor do I know which plugin you mean. Just wait until they answer – this can take some time, especially due to holidays that are still taking place worldwide. Unfortunately, they can’t help you with such a specific question here in the general WordPress support forum.
