Connection Error

I don’t know what the version of wordpress is I just use the online editor wp-admin. When ever I try to access my site I get this:

This site can’t be reached

thespikycactus.wordpress.com took too long to respond.
Try:
Reloading the page
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

This happens when I try to go to the homepage, and also wp-admin and even the new WP dashboard. I can’t access my other blogs on wordpress as well.
(the other error message was this: megatenscans.wordpress.com unexpectedly closed the connection.) I cannot open the site on any other browser but my friends can view the site and I can also view the site on my phone.
I am completely unable to blog and have no idea what happened.

I have tried changing the DNS settings and it worked for a split second but when I tried to finish my post It lost connection again. The same post I was working on this morning. I had been trying to upload images into a gallery both times. I’m not sure the disconnection happened at that exact moment but that is when I noticed it both times.
