2020-04-21 18:33:20: Error occured while API key validating. Error: Testing is failed. Please check the Access key.
2020-04-21 18:18:11: Error occured while automatically gettings access key. Error: CONNECTION_ERROR : “{”

I have four other accounts that are fine, but this one continues to give me this error.

But the giant button that says “OPEN SUPPORT TICKET” links to this forum. Just saying. It’s not intuitive at all. For paying customers the support button should link to the support ticket page. 🙂
