This isn’t specifically a plugin issue, but rather a server issue. I shall pass it on to the appropriate persons.

I’d also go to the admin screen, select Tools > Redux Framework and select the Health tab. Make sure the appropriate libraries are installed. Anything with a red x to it means there’s a problem.

If you click here: https://api.redux.io/gfonts you’ll see the JSON data comes right up. If you’re still getting a timeout through WordPress, then there’s a config issue someplace, probably a PHP or WordPress memory limit.

I’ve contact my hosting support, they increase the PHP memory limit 4 times (to 2048M) , Also i’ve increase WordPress Memory Limit in wp-config.php but nothing changes.
The error still showing by Query Monitor:
GET https://api.redux.io/gfonts (cURL error 28: Failed to connect to api.redux.io port 443: Connection timed out).
I’m still waiting for some advice from you and Hosting Support to fix this.
