Connection error– Connection lost. Saving has been disabled

    I’m using WordPress 4.0 running Cute Frames theme.

    I keep getting an error message that says “Connection lost. Saving has been disabled until you’re reconnected. We’re backing up this post in your browser, just in case.”

    I’ve read tons of other posts where people are having the same issue, but nobody seems to have a clear answer yet :/

    Anyone have an idea on how to fix it?
