Connection issue

    Hi, sorry I can’t provide a url but the site is not live. I’m using a hosts file entry to access it.

    I’m using the subscriptions plugin for WooCommerce and when I make a test purchase for a subscription:

    • I’m not getting a confirmation email regarding my signup,
    • I’m not seeing an entry in the connected list in the MC control panel and
    • under the connected account the List Settings sync seems to be stuck.

    There is also no debugging option available in the plugin settings’ Connect tab

    Any help would be appreciated

    Hi @squarestar,

    Thanks for the post. I’ll be happy to take a look and see what could be causing that odd behavior. To get started, could you please reply back here with a copy of your WooCommerce System Status report? Also, does this behavior persist after swapping out themes and/or temporarily disabling all other installed plugins?

    I disabled all but the necessary plugins to place a test order. The order shows up in the orders list but the confirmation email regarding the subscription is still not being sent and the list under connected accounts is still stuck syncing.
