Hi Boris,
Thanks for your message — I checked your site from our side.
The good news is that your site is responding normally, so Jetpack itself is installed and active as expected. The banner appears because when WordPress.com tries to reach your site’s REST API (used by some Jetpack features), those requests are sometimes timing out.
That usually happens when a firewall, caching layer, or CDN like Cloudflare slows down or blocks the /wp-json/ endpoint.
The best next step is to check with your host or CDN provider and ask them to make sure Jetpack/WordPress.com traffic to /wp-json/ is allowed and not cached or rate-limited. If you’re running optimization or firewall plugins, you could also try temporarily deactivating them to see if the banner clears.
Once you’ve done that, you can re-check the status of your Jetpack connection here:
https://jptools.wordpress.com/debug/?url=http://fashnstretch.com
If your host asks for it, here’s our official list of Jetpack IP ranges they can allowlist to make sure communication is always smooth: https://jetpack.com/support/how-to-add-jetpack-ips-allowlist/
If the error is still showing after those checks, just let us know and we’ll be glad to take another look.
Warm regards,
Hi there, @fashnstretch1,
Do you have updates about that, do you still need help? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
