Hi, thanks so much for reaching out. From what you’ve described I think Post and Page builder could be clashing with one of your other installed plugins. Be sure you do not have any other page builder plugins activated along with Post and Page builder as it could cause some issues.
You should try deactivating all plugins except for Post and Page Builder then activate the others one by one until the issue presents itself in order to isolate the issue.
Also make sure that WordPress core as well as your Post and Page Builder plugin are both up to date.
