    Hi Jordy.
I have created the Twitter API account and entered the various keys etc., but I am getting this dialogue box opening up:

“Error: You currently have Essential access which includes access to Twitter API v2 endpoints only. If you need access to this endpoint, you’ll need to apply for Elevated access via the Developer Portal. You can learn more here: https://developer.twitter.com/en/docs/twitter-api/getting-started/about-twitter-api#v2-access-leve”

I don’t have the credentials or knowledge to deal with this, so I was wondering if you could advise me on what to do, please?

    Cheers, Maus.

    Hi Maus,

Sorry for the late reply. Indeed, now it seems we need those “Elevated access” in order to access the features of the Twitter API. It seems like most of my users could do it by clicking a button which is available on the Twitter Developer Page, in your App Settings. Have you tried?

No button, but I did setup auth 1.0 and 2.0. It seems that elevates access is only for those wishing to send more that 2M tweets a month, I’d maybe send 2-3 a month from my site.

    Thanks anyways.
    Maus.
