Hello dear developers of the Block Lab plugin. Today I bought the PRO version of your plugin for $ 99 at this link https://getblocklab.com/block-lab-pro My mail is tied to the license.
I feel embarrassed to contact you with such a question, but it is important for me. I made a purchase from you thinking that the functions necessary for me are already working (the repeater is the most important for me) and therefore I bought it. I thought that I would immediately get access to an earlier version before the release. I was mistaken and I would still like to support your development with finances, but unfortunately I cannot afford it now. I also need a tool for work and money for it. I did not receive the tool and therefore I want to return the money.
I understand that you do not have to do this, but I would be very grateful to you. Your plugin is great I will definitely buy a license again! But specifically at this moment it is a lot of money for me to donate. I ask you to make a refund if possible. I will be happy with any information you provide on my subject. Thank.
