Consent bar responsiveness

Hello,

first of all, thank you for such a great work on this plugin. Very helpful!

I would like to make the consent bottom bar more responsive. It looks amazing on desktop, but it looks really bad on mobile. The cookie notice is a bit longer in my language, and the bar is basically three columns:

1. cookie notice
2. More settings link
3. Consent button

All of them have equal width. The result is that the bar takes up almost half of the mobile screen, while there is a huge amount of unused space around the link and the button.

Are you planning to release an update for this. If no, can you give me a clue which source file represents the consent bar?
