Hi.

My name is tomas and i am new cookieyes user and I implemented cookies banner to my website http://www.smartvit.sk with online store according your instruction on https://www.cookieyes.com/documentation/implementing-google-consent-mode-using-cookieyes/#cookieyes-consent-mode-integration 

with actiwating your wordpress plugin and using google tag manager method.

On some support ticket (found here https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/integration-of-google-consent-mode-v2/ )

on your page I found that rather I have to use the implementation method via script and not tag manager. Can you help me because i think that i have problems with google ads after implementing cookie banner because it stopped working

Please exclude our script from JS optimization by referring to this documentation.

While using the plugin, you should follow the method explained in this thread to integrate Google Consent Mode v2.

After making the above changes, please let us know the status.

Hi thank you very much for answer. I excluded Cookiyes from WP rocket but for the second step it means that i have to delete tag in google tag manager what I imported and I will paste script abow wphead and i will not use any mor tagmanger for lanching it?

Hi i did as you wrote but after i could not open revisit content button. it is showing on website but you could not click on it – how can i fix it?

Hi @tomoandrassy,

You can delete the CookieYes CMP tag from your Google tag manager. Otherwise, the CookieYes script will get injected twice.
To look into the issue related to the revisit icon, please keep our banner active on your site.
