    I have had a number of bookings which have been recorded within the dashboard as pending but they have also been marked “consent not aquired” As a result there are no contact details for the bookings. The faulty bookings have been recorded as double entries.

    Urgent assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Sorry for the late reply.

    I see the consent area in your form, but, just to make sure, can you check to see if the checkbox under Bookings > Settings > Privacy > Require Consent is checked? If so, it shouldn’t be possible to submit the form without providing consent.

    Are you able, on your end, to submit a form without checking the box. If so, how do you make it happen? I haven’t been able to do it on your site or any of our test sites.
