Consistant Error

I am using Marketica multivendor them and paid memberships pro and every time i i do a live transaction i get ” The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.” I called Authorize.net i am up and running i called my service provider i am current and up and running.

Here are my settings
Enable Authorize.net Payment Module is checked
My login ID is correct
Transaction Key is correct
MD5 Hash Tag current
API Mode Live/Production Mode
Transaction Mode Authorize and Capture

Can anyone other help me
