Hi @naphler ,
Greetings. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Can you please try doing the following: To regenerate assets, you can go to wp-admin -> Essential Addons then, switch to the ‘Tools’ tab and hit the ‘Regenerate Assets’ button. Check out this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/iBccDw
Also, make sure to Regenerate Files from wp-admin -> Elementor -> Tools -> General as well. Check out this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/N6WC1d
If the issue still persists, please try clearing your browser cache (by pressing shift+ctrl+R) or try another browser too.
Let me know how it goes.
Thank you.
Hello @sadmansakibnadvi, I’m still having the same error on console even after clearing all cache. Tested on different browser but still error appears. I also tried to update the staging, after updating to the latest Elementor 3.10.2 and Elementor Pro 3.10.3, that’s when the error appears in the console and it caused Elementor functionalities to stop working like popups, dropdown menus and so on.

Hello @naphler,
Greetings. Sorry for the late response.
We have checked your site. We haven’t got the error and the popup is working as well. It could be a caching issue. Can you please check again and let me know?
Thank you.
Hello @sadmansakibnadvi you do not see the error because I reverted it back to the old version. There’s an error when I updated to the latest version. You can check the staging with error using the latest version of Elementor and EA https://ssrpinstitstag.wpengine.com/. I don’t think it is a cache problem.
Hello @naphler ,
Greetings.
Thank you for sharing the staging link. We are looking into it. I will get back to you as soon as I have any update regarding this.
Thank you.
Hello @sadmansakibnadvi I found the culprit and resolved it. Thank you for the response. I appreciate it.
