Console errors doesn’t let me save upsells

    When typing something in the Upsells input field, I get console errors: https://prnt.sc/LIqj_VWEYUks

    It looks like it works, but when I’m saving the product, the upsell isn’t saved.

    I found out that it is because of the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin because when I disable this plugin, it works correctly. Here is the system log: https://pastebin.com/0r5p2k0a.

    Can you please fix this issue?

    Hi @webreturn10 – thanks for reaching out!

    We were able to confirm the error in the console, and will be in touch with the Dev team regarding it. However, the upsell product was still added in our tests.

    Can you try temporarily disabling the reCAPTCHA for WooCommerce and Simple Cloudflare Turnstile plugins, clearing the cache, and then try adding an upsell product again?

    Hi Marija,

    Thank you for the quick response. I was able to save the upsell, thanks. I still have an issue though regarding the error. I’m using the Woodmart theme which adds a “Frequently Bought Together” section to the product details (as seen on the first screenshot). That still doesn’t work when the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin is enabled. Disabling the plugin fixes that issue as well. So I would like to see a fix for that as well.

    Hi Marija,

    I’ve already contacted Woodmart and they tell me this issue is not on their end and that I should contact you because it works correctly when disabling your plugin. Hopefully you can fix this as soon as possible. Might there be a hotfix that I can use as of right now?

    As I mentioned, we strive to make the plugin compatible with as many set ups as possible, but can’t ensure compatibility with third-party themes, or plugins blocking its scripts.

    The issue regarding the console error has been forwarded to the Dev team, but isn’t breaking the Upsell products (the Simple Cloudflare Turnstile is most likely blocking it due to the error).

    We will let you know once there is a plugin update regarding the console error.
