Constant Contact Connection Issue

    I am seeing the following error on the connection page for the plug-in:

    I also have the warning at the top of wordpress telling me to activate support and post here. Here is a log of two submissions to the form:

    Can you help me troubleshoot what is wrong and how to correct?

    For the first part, I’d review some of the info over at https://knowledgebase.constantcontact.com/articles/KnowledgeBase/18159-WordPress-Error-60?q=wordpress*&lang=en_US as it’s somewhat related. I know that the docs show details regarding Windows, and based on the first errors above, it looks like your site is on Linux more. However, never hurts to double check.

    That said, you may need to reach out to your hosting support to resolve it as it’s nothing to do with the plugin itself, it’s more on the server configuration and not managing to find a working SSL certificate to use.

    I’m thinking the admin notice likely came from the uncaught exception issue as well, and that’s what I’d focus on first and foremost. The log portion is looking clean for any reported potential other issues at the moment.
