    I set up my constact page using short code but receive a message that I need to remove all previous code. I deleted the form and shortcode but still receive the message. I want to allow people to sign up for my newsletter. I worked with someone with technical support at constant contact and he sent two messages that I never received.

    Hi @stephaniejcolbert

    Not sure where any messaging about removing all previous code may be originating from, because I don’t recall anything like that being part of our plugin here.

    I am seeing that submitting the form produces a critical error of some sort. Did you just receive an email notification about an error? IF yes, would love to see what the email says the error was, in case it’s something originating from our plugin here.

    I can’t access my email and haven’t been able to for several days. As soon as it’s back I’ll check. Thanks for the response!
