    Hi @gagarwal916

    Can you follow the details in the admin notification about enabling and providing debug logs for the plugin? We’ll have a better idea of what may be going on with that information.

    Also if you updated to the 2.16.0 version yet, which was released yesterday, will also provide some context.

    Looks like it got to a state of unable to authenticate and refresh itself back in December. However if you’re presently connected now and receiving signups, then you should be good to go and nothing needing handled at the exact moment.

    We can do a test submission to see if we get all the way through to the list, if you’d like to provide some extra confirmation.
