    Hi David,

As an initial step to try and debug what’s going on, can you visit your Lists menu area and along the top click the UI that indicates performing a re-sync?

Thanks for the reply. This seems to have fixed the as instances of test submissions are being logged.

There’s a second error, and I tried to find a similar thread, but nothing quite matches. The submit/send button is not displaying at all. In admin mode, the edit button displays but it’s not clickable. What seems to be happening is the entire form is rendering as a submit button. When I click anywhere in the form, the error message appears prompting me to fill out the required fields. When the required fields are filled, I can click enter or on the form to submit.

The form is not currently available on the live site. I have tried adding the form as a footer widget, and I have also tried placing it on a blank test page. The results are the same.

    Thanks again.

Any changes or new developments here? or has things been working pretty good lately?

Thanks for the follow up. From the best we could tell, there is a conflict with theme, which has not been updated in 5-7 years. We’ve kind of tabled this issue while the client decides whether or not to upgrade to a newer theme.

Makes sense. Hopefully if they decide to, the new theme upgrade goes well, and then marketing efforts can be resumed here.

Let us know if you need anything else. We’ll be here.
