Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues

    Hi there! I’m seeing the “Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues” message in wp-admin on https://iffp.org

    I’ve been testing the signup form today (Dec. 15), and instead of the usual refresh or redirect on success, this URL loads: https://visitor2.constantcontact.com/api/signup with a simple sort of “{Success: Yes}” message in the body of the page, and that’s it.

    Hi @ryansholin

    I’m checking out the website and the frontpage for it, and I am seeing a Constant Contact based form right next the IFFP News section, however it looks like it’s one of the embeds provided when you go to constantcontact.com and create a form there, instead of one that would be generated by the WordPress plugin.

    That said, I do also see that that plugin is installed and active overall. It just doesn’t look like it’s being used in this spot.

    1. Is it a case of you switching the forms out and this is a temporary fix for you?

    Regarding the logs part, it looks like the API was not reachable or not responding within a server-configured timeframe, all within about the span of a few minutes.
