When I log into my wordpress dashboard, I see this message:
Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that may need addressed and functionality may be missing. Please enable the “Support” checkbox in the Constant Contact settings and start a forum support thread. Our support team will aid with further steps.

The debug log shows: We are not able to write to the /home/beachnew/public_html/wp-content/ctct-logs/constant-contact-errors.log file.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @beachesser

A bit frustrating that it wasn’t able to write to the file as that means we won’t be able to diagnose at all what maybe occurred. However, there is chance that it’s just a momentary issue or a false positive. So we could probably disregard for the moment. However, if it starts coming back more persistently, we should definitely look into see what may be going on.

Visiting the debug page should clear out the admin notice for the moment, so if it comes back again, then something new occurred.

To help potentially troubleshoot at least initial issues, we’re trying to submit to the form, but we’re receiving a “Failed reCAPTCHA check”. Are you experiencing the same thing when you test the form out yourself?

Yes, I’m getting the same “Failed reCAPTCHA check” message.

Just to be certain, are you sure you’re using the correct reCAPTCHA version with the associated keys saved?

Otherwise, we’d need to be able to dig in a bit more, potentially away from this public forum, to really know what’s going on, given that the log file isn’t writable in this case.

Hey Sarah, just wanted to check in here and see if our thought regarding reCAPTCHA version helped at all.
