“Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues”

I just noticed the following message in my WordPress dashboard:
Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that may need addressed and functionality may be missing. Please enable the “Support” checkbox in the Constant Contact settings and start a forum support thread. Our support team will aid with further steps.
This follows a support request I submitted by e-mail to advise that Web visitors were being accused of being robots and unable to submit our forms (which had been working fine until about two weeks ago). I disabled the reCaptcha (as per the support suggestion) but because I didn’t want to be inundated with SPAM I reinstated reCaptcha (version 2). I tested the form just now with my own information (see log below) and all seems fine. Please check and advise.
