    I’m getting this message:
    Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that may need addressed and functionality may be missing. Please enable the “Support” checkbox under the Support tab in Constant Contact settings and start a forum support thread. Our support team will aid with further steps.

    I’m seeing a “constant contact use field” in my sign-up form in the footer – please help with removing this.

    I also want the message that emails are serviced by CC underneath the signup fields removed and editable by me (a paid customer).

    I enabled debugging logging per the instructions above – please let me know what next steps are. Thank you!

    I’m seeing a “constant contact use field” in my sign-up form in the footer – please help with removing this.
    It seems like the site is maybe not loading our stylesheet at all, or the dynamic combining that I’m seeing isn’t including it somehow. The CSS we ship with includes some styles that hide that field in question.

    The release of the latest update today includes a setting for customizing the messaging beneath the form, so worth testing the update on a staging site if you have one available.

    You should now have a “Debug Log” menu item that will have hopefully more logged details for what errors occurred. Please copy/paste that content in a reply here so we can review, or if you’d prefer not to share that publicly, we can provide some emails to send the content to for private review.

    Was able to make the desired changes with the update from yesterday – thank you!
