    got a notification “Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that may need addressed and functionality may be missing. ”

    Looking that over, you should be fine. Biggest and most recent thing regards some recent API request limits that we hit, but that has since been resolved.

    The rest looks like it was just regarding some temporary issues around updating list information or general account information.

    No action needed at this time.
